Role Overview: As the General Manager for Ceres Technologies, based in Saugerties, NY, you will lead Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and more. You'll be the Ceres Brand ambassador, driving growth and continuous improvement into a well-established and recognized global entity..

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead all Sales & Marketing activities, ensuring high-level interaction with global Semiconductor customers to drive market share and brand recognition.
  • Oversee manufacturing, business control, supply chain, engineering, and sales/marketing processes to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop a safe and cost-effective infrastructure that meets customer needs and supports the growth of product sales and service revenues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and products to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage the operational P&L, reduce product and operational costs, improve efficiency, and minimize working capital.
  • Provide visible leadership and direction to employees, develop an effective management team, and foster a Safety-First culture.
  • Deliver on customer expectations regarding lead time, on-time delivery, quality, and technical support.
  • Ensure resources are efficiently managed and available to support and deliver corporate and functional technical innovations and initiatives.
  • Interface with and drive projects with cross-functional teams across the organization, maintaining collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and clients.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
  • Extensive experience managing large teams in technical product operations.
  • Proven track record in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Ability to manage change in processes and organizations.


  • Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with engineering organization practices, disciplines, systems, and software tools.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (15%).

  • Manage three US manufacturing and engineering sites.
  • Oversee a $65M sales revenue, aiming for 10% annual growth.
  • Lead over 200 employees, including contractors.
