Description

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, analyze and coordinate the plans and schedules needed to support our total customer commitments, while utilizing capacity planning and efficient manufacturing methods. Work with all levels of Management to ensure company objectives are met as a best cost producer and provider of maximum service rate.
  • Generate, maintain, issue, and track all electronic and hard-copy controlled documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory agency (e.g., FDA and ISO) requirements
  • Balance the key parameters of inventory, safety stock, customer service, efficient plant load and cost of goods sold to meet company goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management review that summarize key production metrics.
  • Create and maintain a reagent production schedule to meet both internal and external customer deadlines to optimize service levels.
  • Work with other departments to accomplish mutual organizational results during finished goods introductions, discontinuance to minimize material obsolescence, and production prioritization.
  • Effectively communicate information (for example, facts, ideas, or messages) in a succinct and organized manner real-time.
  • Produces written information, which may include technical material that is appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Creates process orders or other in SAP.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization.
  • PC skills including proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MES preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills.
  • Sound knowledge of cGMP, ISO and FDA regulations/policies.
