*Description*
- Will be handling a heavy volume of both inbound/outbound calls from potential customers - Will be expected to upsell Mosquito Squad services & products during this time to drive business - Inbound calls - Outbound calls - Selling services - Up-selling - Receiving calls from customers inquiring about services - Educate the customers on what the services are - How they are better than their competitors - Close the deal taking the credit card payment over the phone - Enter the information into database *Skills* Customer service Sales Inside sale Call center Inbound and outbound calls Inbound sales, inside sales support Outbound sales Customer support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 6+ months of inbound sales or call center experience preferred High volume of inbound calls A High School degree is needed *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
