Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Quality Assurance Representative to join their quality team. This role is perfect for an entry-level professional eager to contribute to customer support excellence and process improvement.
*Position Details:* * *Job Title:* Call Center Quality Assurance Representative * *Location:* Chandler, AZ, 85286 * *Workplace:* Hybrid (onsite a few days per month, increasing to 4 days per week in September) * *Shift:* Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM with potential overtime, including weekends and holidays * *Pay*: $19 hr * *Contract:* Permanent, Entry Level *Key Responsibilities:* * Evaluate and verify telephone and clerical work quality for call center and external partner teams * Monitor calls to ensure process adherence and accurate customer interactions * Participate in scheduled calibrations to maintain consistent scoring and quality standards * Utilize monitoring applications to compile data and generate performance reports * Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements *Position Highlights:* * Dynamic, collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth * Flexible hybrid schedule supporting work-life balance * Competitive benefits and a commitment to quality excellence *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * At least 1 year in a high volume call center * Quality Assurance experience *required * * Strong written communication and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) * Bilingual - English/Spanish skills *required* * Automotive finance experience is a plus * Reliable attendance and flexible availability to meet business needs * Must have a functional high-speed internet connection to support remote work *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
