HOUSE SUPV (RN): 6:30pm-7:00am

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the overnight shift.

The shift is 6:30 pm - 7:00 am with everyother weekend and holiday rotation.

This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on the assigned shift.

The RN House Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments.

Primary responsibilities include: providing administrative management, prioritization and delegation of duties for all facility staff; participation in shift coverage as needed and deemed necessary as part of the nursing administrative team; staff and program scheduling; and performing direct patient care services.

This individual will work in cooperation with hospital leadership, physician staff, and other department managers.

Experience:
-Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program, with an active Pennsylvania, registered nurse license.

-Prefer 2 years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health and co-occurring population

-Previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric or co-occurring setting preferred.
