Responsibilities
Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for ages 5-17. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 116-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, outdoor courtyard and playground. For more information, please visit us at www.cedarridgebhs.com Position Summary: The Credentialing/Contract Coordinator processes and maintains medical staff credentialing files in accordance with established bylaws, policies and procedures. Processes and maintains facility contracts in keeping with company protocols. Creates and maintains on-call schedules for facility providers and administrative team. Provides administrative support for the Risk Management/ Performance Improvement Director and other members of the leadership team to include providing assigned correspondence, setting up meetings and appointments, coordinating and taking meeting minutes, and compiling reports as needed. Supports facility in meeting regulatory standards, maintains confidentiality of information, and performs duties in accordance with Cedar Ridge mission, values, and behavioral standards.
