Compensation $26 per hour Job Summary As an Intern you will be responsible for providing support to the organization and learning business practices along the way. Main Responsibilities Assist with the onboarding process for new employees Manage and oversee the monthly insurance billing process Support the planning and coordination of company events Provide administrative and clerical support to the department Scan, index, and organize documents and files into OnBase Contribute to special projects as assigned Perform other duties as assigned Education Must be actively working towards a college degree Skills Ability to multitask efficiently and be flexible Ability to work independently and as a team Basic math skills with the ability to calculate and analyze data Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong tendency to take initiative Colas Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
