The Rough Cut Capacity Sr. Planner is responsible for evaluating and managing mid-to-long-term supply chain capacity to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and business objectives. In this role the individual will lead the company in implementing and engaging in a rough cup capacity management program to drive a constrained forecast back through the MRP system. Knowledge of safety stocks and inventory management will serve as a cornerstone for success in this role with a steady focus on service and cost. Project Management and Data analysis will also be a must to uncover new opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. This role involves analyzing supply constraints, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support planning and execution as part of the S&OP cycles RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
