JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible to oversee and provide leadership for all Showroom floor activities. This includes, but is not limited to the greeting of customers and visitors, final selection of product, answering questions, and providing support to any and all customers and visitors to the Showroom. This position is also responsible for assisting in the supervision of Showroom and Warehouse personnel. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Ensure an outstanding customer focused environment on Showroom floor at all times, by all Coldspring personnel. Assist Customers in viewing possible product solutions for their application, suggesting alternatives as appropriate. Answer all questions in a professional and complete manner, getting assistance when needed to fully address the question or concern of the customer. Monitor, coach, and lead Showroom and Warehouse personnel as designated by Manager. Identify and eliminate potential safety hazards in areas of responsibility. Support all Continuous Improvement programs and company policies. Appropriately document all contacts and visits for appropriate follow-up. Schedule staff to ensure that all operating hours including weekend and evening hours are staffed appropriately. Schedules, coordinates and ensures delivery of orders in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Must have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Individual must be a self-starter and demonstrate skills in directing and motivating performance in their organization to accomplish its goals and be able to manage multiple tasks under a variety of conditions.
