Job DescriptionThe Strategic Program Director at Visa plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the organization. This individual will join the newly created Strategic Initiatives and Transformation Office in Client Services, a team established to support the function's top priorities. They will collaborate closely with various teams within Client Services and from other parts of Visa, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The Strategic Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing strategic programs that align with Client Services' goals and objectives. This role involves strategic planning, reporting and analytical insights development, thought leadership, executive business reviews, and other business operations activities in close partnership with Client Services executives and various leaders across Visa business functions (e.g., Value-Added Services (VAS), Finance, Risk, Product, Marketing, and more). The individual works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure successful program implementation and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be an intellectually curious strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, ideally with a background in management consulting, business operations, and payments or fintech. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 137,300 to 199,050 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
