Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of services ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of PPM and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and a day shift schedule. Key Points
Responsibilities Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise here is the ideal opportunity for you Role Service Delivery Manager 15 years of experience Location We are ideally looking for candidates in and around Phoenix Arizona to work at the Client site Manage IT teams Hire train mentor and manage the performance of IT support teams Manage IT services Ensure IT services meet quality standards and service level agreements Manage IT budgets Manage IT resources and budgets and ensure optimal allocation Manage IT risks Identify mitigate and resolve IT risks and issues Manage IT policies Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices Manage client relationships Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations Manage projects Oversee the endtoend delivery of projects Manage stakeholder relationships Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams Monitor project progress Monitor project progress and prepare status updates Manage resources Manage resources across different locations Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 7, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
