Infra Ops Specialist- Remote

We are seeking a lead experienced team player with extensive expertise in Oracle, SQL Server to drive high-impact enterprise programs. With 15+ years of experience, overseeing the implementation, migration, integration, and optimization of database and systems such as Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate must has a proven track record of delivering scalable, sustainable technology solutions while ensuring business alignment, risk management, and seamless stakeholder collaboration.

• Oversee and manage large-scale Oracle Exadata and ERP programs, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Direct Oracle Exadata database migrations, ERP implementations, and cloud adoption initiatives while minimizing operational risks.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DBAs, developers, IT architects) to streamline integrations and optimize database performance.
• Drive agile transformation by implementing methodologies, boosting efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
• Lead enterprise-wide automation projects, leveraging Ansible, Power Automate, and Oracle GoldenGate to improve operational efficiency.
• Spearhead database security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Manage and mentor global teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and leaders, providing strategic insights, risk assessments, and program performance updates.
• Optimize vendor and partner management, ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions with enterprise infrastructure.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is [$88,200 to $139,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
