Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Service Delivery Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP SCM, Sales Order Oriented Planning, and SAP Other SPM Configuration. This role requires strong domain skills in Sales Planning & Execution and Sales & Marketing.

• Be responsible for the delivery of SAP SCM Sales Order Oriented Planning solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP and SAP
• Other SAP SPM Configuration to support project implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SAP solutions with business strategies and goals.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with existing business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Supervise and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementation and operation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of SAP system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Own the resolution of technical issues and provide guidance to the support team.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards for SAP implementation and management.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.
• Prepare and present reports on project status system performance and other key metrics to customers.
• Continuously update knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in SAP SCM including Sales Order Oriented Planning and other SPM Configuration.
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP projects.
• Proven track record of successful SAP system integration and implementation.
• Display good communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Adept at delivering training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Show experience in preparing and presenting reports to customers.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 - $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
