Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Agile, Service Now, Test Project Management, Automated Testing, and API testing. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management, Asset Management Operations, or Cards & Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Agile methodologies. * Oversee the integration of Service Now into existing systems to streamline processes. * Provide expertise in Test Project Management to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects. * Implement and manage Automated Testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Conduct API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. * Develop and maintain documentation for software development and testing processes. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. * Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and deliverables. Qualifications * Possess strong technical skills in Agile methodologies and Service Now integration. * Demonstrate expertise in Test Project Management and Automated Testing frameworks. * Have experience in API testing to ensure software reliability and performance. * Show knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management, Asset Management Operations, or Cards & Payments is a plus. * Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Display strong communication and collaboration skills. * Have a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers. * Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. * Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. * Possess strong documentation and organizational skills. * Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. * Exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
