App Security Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA-5 Concourse Pkwy, Georgia, United States (Onsite)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• In this role you will manage the Secret infrastructure ensuring its availability scalability and security for enterprise secrets management.
• Work will be maintaining and growing the client's encryption at rest and Secrets Management infrastructure
• Collaborates with partners to create and implement security processes that use the Secret Vault solution.
• Collaborate with a group of stakeholders to facilitate onboarding new applications and services.
• Define document and enforce policies and procedures for the Secret Vault.
• Create test cases to ensure compatibility across different platforms.
• Implement and validate security controls.
• Monitor the service levels of Secret Infrastructure solution and address issues. Assist in identifying and remediating security events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in network engineering information security computer science or related field preferred
• 8+ years of information technology engineering experience
• 4+ years hands-on AKeyless or HashiCorp or similar technology in a production environment
• Cloud Platforms 2+ year experience with Cloud platforms (e.g AWS Azure Google) and Vault integration in cloud environments
• 1+ year experience with security protocols such as TLS PKI authentication mechanisms etc.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
