Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Kinaxis Demand Planning Kinaxis Sales & Ops Planning Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan SCALE. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Customer Transparency Trade Promotion/Pricing and Sales Planning & Execution. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Sales & Ops Planning to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan SCALE into existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solution architectures and processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to solution architecture and integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kinaxis and Manhattan technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Sales & Ops Planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan SCALE.
• Have a strong background in Customer Transparency Trade Promotion/Pricing and Sales Planning & Execution.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Display the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.

Certifications Required

Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Architect Manhattan Certified Professional

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
