Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with SAP GTS functional and configuration experience.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions to optimize our supply chain processes.
• Supervise the integration of SAP GTS with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP GTS standard processes to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP GTS configurations and customizations.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
• Solve complex technical issues related to SAP GTS in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP GTS features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support the development and execution of training programs for end-users and technical staff.
• Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful delivery of SAP GTS initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP GTS environment through proactive problem-solving and innovation.
• Promote the use of established standards and procedures in the SAP GTS domain.

• 12+ years of SAP GTS implementation and support experience.
• Possess a deep understanding of SAP GTS and its application within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully executing and leading SAP GTS projects.
• Show proficiency in designing and maintaining technical documentation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
