Salesforce Architect must have technical professional experience with designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce Health Cloud platform to fulfill specific Growth Tool business requirements. The role involves leveraging Salesforce managed packages like Health Cloud, Blackthorn, BrainShark and Spiff to list a few, and OmniStudio tools and programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to streamline processes, enhance CRM functionality, and elevate Growth Tool user experience.
Job responsibilities * Design and Development Salesforce Health Cloud Features using Omniscript, Apex, and Flows: * Create custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce tools including Omniscript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. * Develop user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external systems like MuleSoft and Azure. * Collaboration: * Work with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and IT to ensure solutions align with business objectives. * Testing and Maintenance: * Test the stability, functionality, and performance of applications. * Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce systems. * Documentation in ADO: * Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. * Maintain KT records of system configurations and updates Minimum Qualifications Salesforce Architect with 13+ years of specializing in designing and delivering best-in-class, No-Code/Low-Code solutions.
