Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience in CDP Architecture CDP AWS Cloud and ETL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OMICS Data Analysis and possess native-level proficiency in English. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of CDP Architecture to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of CDP systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in AWS Cloud to architect and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
  • Conduct comprehensive OMICS Data Analysis to derive meaningful insights and support research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical implementations.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in CDP Architecture demonstrating the ability to design and implement complex systems.
  • Have a strong background in CDP with a proven track record of managing and optimizing CDP systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud including architecture deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
  • Show proficiency in ETL processes ensuring efficient data integration and transformation.
  • Have significant experience in OMICS Data Analysis with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Possess native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills in reading writing and speaking.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Possess excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/27/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100000 - $135000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
