We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Ncino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

• Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Provide expertise in SFDC integration with other systems and platforms.
• Ensure the configuration of SFDC to align with business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SFDC solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFDC applications and integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on SFDC development and customization.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFDC with other systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
• Ensure the security and compliance of SFDC applications and data.

• Must have strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Must have expertise in Ncino and SFDC Lightning.
• Must have experience in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
• Nice to have domain experience in Investment Banking Operations.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
