Description What We're Looking For: As the Capture & Proposal Manager, you will be a crucial member of our Enterprise Sales Support team, supporting our entire AMER Enterprise organization, with a focus on the Public Sector division. Your primary responsibility as a Capture & Proposal Manager is to identify, pre-qualify and work on Tenders, RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, and contract opportunities. You will manage several submissions simultaneously supported by cross-functional teams within Meltwater and our wider partner network. You will be responsible for managing different stakeholders in the cross-functional teams, including but not limited to; our talented colleagues from our Enterprise Department, Account Management, Partners & Alliances, Delivery Services, Solution Engineering, and Legal teams, to align on different elements and aspects of the processes while demanding a high sense of urgency and agility. Within the Public Sector, you will act as a knowledge repository and work with the Sales Team on horizon planning activities, proactively contributing to the RFx and positioning us for success, including RFI and Capture programs, template development, compliant response frameworks, and working with our partner network to deliver relevant content for submissions on relevant contract vehicles. The Capture & Proposal Manager will support the development of complex solutions by using in-depth product knowledge and market experience, as well as provide technical expertise to our sales teams to develop their proposals for responding to these complex business opportunities. Work experience with or within US or Canada Government Procurement, Contracting or Purchasing is preferred. What You'll Do:
