As our Channel Sales Administrator, Commercial Authentication, you'll support HID's successby:
- Onboarding and training new Channel Partners specific to the Authentication products by vertical/solution.
- Organizing, hosting and maintaining monthly pipeline review calls with key partners for increased productivity, enhanced services, and sales/revenue visibility.
- Owning the follow up process for hardware backlog/delays, review and address holds, manage the escalation process.
- Managing Partner escalations for software fulfillment.
- Managing channel partners relevant to the Authentication BU, within the framework of the HID's Advantage Partner Program (APP). This may include recommendations on new/improved content to improve the Partner experience within the APP.
- Maintaining partner performance sales and revenue measurements and internally review against goals and objectives with Senior Leadership regularly.
- Tracking the performance of channel partners to agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tracking and reporting key Partners order booking and fulfillment SLAs.
- Working closely with channel partners to enable them to build business plans for them to achieve and exceed quotas.
YourExperienceand Background include:
- 2 years related work experience and/or AS/AA degree in related field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
- 3+ years in sales administration/customer service role, preferably in the technology space
- Possess a track record of interfacing with channel partners
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to channel sales presentations and partner business plan development
- Self-motivated with superb organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal departments and stakeholders
