Position Summary: IEM is looking for a Full Time - Testing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Primary Location: Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. Candidates will work remote and travel to client sites within Puerto Rico as needed. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings. Essential Functions: Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all testing activities both functional and non-functional testing for multiple AMI related systems. Support development and maintenance of functional and technical requirements traceability matrices across all AMI integrations. Develop and implement test plans and test cases. Define and develop test data requirements as needed. Coordinate and manage all testing activities. Identify, document and track defects and issues and work with project team resources to resolve them. Prepare and present test result reports Conduct root cause analysis of defects. Develop and maintain testing documentation Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis or a related field. Deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools. Three (3) years as a Test Coordinator or related experience. Experience with testing methods and tools such as Jira, etc. Three to Five (3-5) years Electric Utility experience. Understanding of the typical business critical utility processes and their relationship to key systems (CIS, GIS, OMS, etc.). Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CC&B, Outage Management Systems, Meter Data Management Systems and Geographical Information Systems.
