JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, preparing fields, preparing seed, sampling, detasseling and rogueing
* May operate farming equipment such as a sprayer or thresher
* R&D positions may also include electronic data collection in field and laboratory settings utilizing PC and handheld data collection devices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and / or related experience may be required.
* 1-3 Years of Agriculture/Horticulture experience
* Must be able to understand verbal and written task and safety instructions delivered in English, and to perform assigned tasks accurately.
* Must be able to adhere to all client SOPs and to support all site safety requirements.
* Previous experience with MS Office / Excel and other standard computer and software systems may be required.
* Basic mechanical ability / understanding of equipment maintenance (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment) may be required.
