Remote - Sr. Project Manager (Construction Services)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role serves as the lead point of contact for multiple accounts, overseeing all related activities, driving project success, and fostering future business development. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of project management or equivalent experience, with a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects, including those with global execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities across multiple accounts.
• Direct and mentor project management staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive the development of future business opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Review and approve design/detail fixture drawings, monitor project schedules, and oversee processes through completion.
• Manage and administer project plan requirements for shops, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Actively manage finished goods inventories and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Support project estimating and costing efforts.
• Develop and execute advanced-level project plans, ensuring strict adherence to project fundamentals.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of company facilities' capabilities to effectively communicate and promote offerings to clients.
• Monitor project financial performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve or maintain targets.
• Provide expert advice on complex decisions and problems impacting customers, internal departments, or the company at large.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

• 10+ years of project management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex projects, including those with global scope.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expertise in connecting, consolidating, and charting data, as well as using PivotTables and subtotals beyond basic levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Knowledge of global logistics, including International Commercial Terms (Incoterms), importing/exporting, tariffs, VAT, currency valuations, and exchange rates.
• Understanding of country-specific material variances, international regulations, and industry terminology.
• Completion of global ethics & compliance training (preferred).
