We are looking for a seasoned professional who will lead a Channel Partnership Team to drive the activation and success of this critical partner. This individual will lead the charge in developing best-in-class relationships with the channel partner to achieve our joint objectives. They will set a strategic vision for the impact Omada can make with the channel partner, chart a path for execution, support and lead his/her team and partner along the way. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals. The Director, Channel Partnerships will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances and play a key leadership role on the Sales and Payer Access Team. The ideal candidate for this role can be located anywhere across the U.S.. Omada is a remote-first environment that allows for both remote work and in-office collaboration, when needed. Below is a summary of compensation ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Ranges: $233,936 - $282,400, Colorado Compensation Ranges: $225,504 - $271,900. Range is indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets. Base salary is approximately 82% - 86% of total compensation range. This role is also eligible for stock options.
