Exceptional discovery skills, including: Ability to conduct comprehensive user research and stakeholder interviews Expertise in defining and executing effective discovery processes Skill in uncovering hidden user needs and translating them into product requirements Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies Advanced discovery and research skills, including: User research methodologies Interview techniques Data gathering and analysis Prototype and hypothesis testing Qualitative and quantitative research methods Familiarity with Azure cloud data platforms Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth Humility to play as a team Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with our Chief Data Officer and Enterprise data to: Develop and implement the foundational framework for data product management within our organization. Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps for data products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Create comprehensive data product strategies that align with our broader business objectives. Navigate and manage complex, ambiguous environments with confidence and clarity. Design and standardize processes for data product development, lifecycle management, and governance. Collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, business units, and executive leadership. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements. Facilitate resolution of conflicting perspectives through strategic communication and diplomatic negotiation. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress through compelling written documents and presentations.
