We are searching for a talented RN II-Enterostomal *UP TO $12,000 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS* Hours: 40hrs Shift: Day shift with every third weekend and holiday rotation; 7:00am - 3:30pm Location: Enterostomal - St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA *SIGN-ON DETAILS * $12,000 with a minimum 3+ years of nursing experience. * $10,000 with 1+ years of nursing experience. * $7,500 with less than 1 year of nursing experience (new grads are eligible!) * Must be a new hire OR a rehire termed greater than 1 year to be eligible A career at Southcoast Health offers you: A culture of well-being that embraces, respects, and celebrates the rich diversity of one another and the communities we serve

Responsibilities Position reports to the Director, Professional Development or designee. Identify and provide care for the patient with an ostomy and/or acute skin problem in all settings. Serve as a consultant in the care of patients with complex draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers and skin problems related to fecal and urinary incontinence and all types of ostomies. Collaborate with patients/families and health care providers in achieving optimal patient outcomes. Identify the learning needs of staff, patients and families in relation to the care of ostomies, wounds, pressure ulcers or other skin problems and participate in designing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive teaching programs. Pay Range USD $41.15 - USD $71.64 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement every third weekend |
