Year Round PURPOSE OF POSITION: The CRM and Marketing Supervisor will develop and execute Customer Relationship Management plans and strategies that align with Solitude's goals and objectives. This position ensures proper data collection occurs at all points of sale and guest engagement and utilizes such data to inform plans and strategies. The CRM and Marketing Supervisor assists the Marketing Manager in Resort's marketing efforts, including, social, partnerships, and website. Oversees the development of printed assets and select digital assets. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced skier or snowboarder with a passion for the culture Proficient in the use of CRM and database management tools Proficient in the use of email marketing platforms Strong data analysis skills in the areas of guest needs, behaviors, demographics, and psychographics Knowledgeable in social media best practices for brands Knowledgeable in website maintenance and CMS usage Strong computer and technical skills Proficiency with Adobe CC, including PS, AI, and ID Strong writing skills, both grammatic and creative Acute attention to detail Flexible and eager to learn new skills quickly and effectively Comfortable working in a fast paced and continually changing environment. Able to multi-task on a variety of projects and meet deadlines consistently Strong interpersonal skills Ability to align decision making with company values Ability to work fluidly with a variety of personalities in multiple departments JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute Customer Relationship Management plans and strategies that align with Solitude's goals and objectives Ensure proper guest data collection at all points of sale and guest engagement. Audit new products and promotions to ensure they meet data collection standards Analyze guest data to inform plans and strategies, particularly in the areas of guest needs, behaviors, demographics, and psychographics Generate, send, and analyze marketing and informational emails Develop audience segments based on data analysis. Coordinate with resort BUs to better understand their guests and needs in order to further refine audience segments Assist in the management of all social media channels Generate content for all social media channels when necessary Work with graphic designers to aid in the creation of all printed material, signage, and select digital assets Assist in managing relationships with sponsors, including engagement with the Denver sponsorship team. Assist in the maintenance of Solitude's website when necessary Manage marketing expenses against the budget Assist in the animation of events when necessary Develop email performance reports Manage inventory print collateral Assist sales and marketing staff when needed, including vacation or work-related coverage Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Must be available to work early and late shifts, and weekends and holidays as necessary Attend sales and marketing meetings and other meetings as assigned Complete other tasks and duties as needed Perks of Working Here: Work & Play in the Mountains: Embrace the stunning Wasatch Mountains.
