Information Management: 3.1 Completes performance appraisals by due date. 4. Service Excellence: 4.1 Acts as a role model in demonstrating excellent human relation skills. Qualifications EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN (anyone appointed after 8/31/2002), Masters preferred. EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years leadership experience. LICENSURE Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. All newly hired Registered Nurses must have a current BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire. SPECIAL SKILLS Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, Good analytical ability to interpret data. Demonstrated ability to implement and support change. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Evidence of successful completion of courses on an annual basis. PHYSICAL DEMAND Requires prolonged standing; walking; use of sight, hearing and touch; moving/lifting patients of varying wieghts. YNHHS Requisition ID 140755 |
