Join forces with Staffmark and our reputable client that is dedicated to creating the highest quality premium natural oral care products with a steadfast commitment to sustainability. Their mission is to prioritize the health of our customers and the environment. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (20 hours per week)

Pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle accounts receivable and collections by reconciling bank and credit card accounts, matching QuickBooks data, receiving payments, preparing deposits, and managing EFT payments and Bill.com transactions.
  • Oversee weekly collections and deduction approvals to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable by entering material and freight bills into Core and QuickBooks Online, ensuring proper allocation of freight bills.
  • Support general accounting and compliance through account cleanups, reconciliations, and preparing and filing quarterly sales tax returns.



Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and Word
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior bookkeeping experience is required
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
