We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (20 hours per week) Pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour Key Responsibilities: Handle accounts receivable and collections by reconciling bank and credit card accounts, matching QuickBooks data, receiving payments, preparing deposits, and managing EFT payments and Bill.com transactions. Oversee weekly collections and deduction approvals to maintain accurate financial records. Manage accounts payable by entering material and freight bills into Core and QuickBooks Online, ensuring proper allocation of freight bills. Support general accounting and compliance through account cleanups, reconciliations, and preparing and filing quarterly sales tax returns.
