In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing key insights to support our sales team. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts, including billing cycles, timely payments, and resolving billing discrepancies or customer deductions. Process customer orders via EDI, ensuring accurate product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Review and manage customer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Generate reports on customer service performance, tracking key metrics like delivery times, fulfillment levels, and order accuracy. Prepare data analytics to support sales and provide data-driven recommendations. Set up new customer accounts and mine data from customer portals, SPINS, and Amazon Seller Central. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-focused attitude, stepping in where needed. Qualifications: Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods environment. An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building an incredible brand that improves people's lives. A drive to eliminate inefficiencies and challenge yourself to grow. Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, EDI, warehouse management systems, SPINS, and ERP systems is highly valued. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
