Are you an Excel whiz with a keen eye for detail? Do you have experience working with chargebacks and reconciliation? Partner with Hunter Hamilton to join our client's team as a Reconciliation Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office in Allentown, PA, and 2 days remote per week. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all distributor-specific data is received and logged for month-end reconciliation.
  • Manually bill out cleared sales documents when SAP line creation exceeds 50,000.
  • Review and correct daily cleared lines for negative accepted chargeback amounts.
  • Research distributor end-customer GPO affiliations and update contract add sheets.
  • Apply accurate error codes and chargeback text notes to billing blocks.
  • Audit month-end chargeback processing and generate necessary sales tracing/chargeback documents.
  • Verify requested, accepted, and denied chargeback amounts using reporting tools.
  • Track and resolve chargeback denials for assigned distributors.
  • Maintain effective communication with distributor chargeback contacts.
  • Update chargeback error code defaults in SAP.
  • Log and follow up on HelpDesk tickets.
  • Collaborate with contract personnel on large contract changes.
  • Manage chargeback credits and debits in assigned distributor A/R accounts.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings focused on process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Formulas) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience in chargebacks, accounts receivable, or contract reconciliation is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
