The Business Operations Division of the Facilities Management Department is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Technician. This position will provide essential administrative support for the successful execution of capital projects. It will work closely with the team to ensure documentation is managed effectively, and all operational procedures are followed. Job Description The successful candidate for this position will be highly adaptable to changing needs, possess strong decision-making and multitasking abilities, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. They should be detail-oriented and capable of resolving complex operational problems while recognizing and implementing process improvements. A foundational knowledge of accounts payable and project reconciliation is essential, along with the ability to research and apply best practices and new technologies. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in creating and maintaining databases, generating reports, and developing complex spreadsheets. Success in this role requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. First review of applications for this position will begin on March 17, 2025.
