Production Associate

Foremost Farms USA is one of the largest, leading dairy cooperatives in the United States and major dairy food and ingredients manufacturing business. JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY RATE: $22.44/hour plus $2.00 overnight shift premium for any hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am.
Employees earn $26.40/hour after completing 60 day probation period.

2nd Shift (4pm-12am) & 3rd shift (12am-8am) positions available.

Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment
  
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturingexperience
