Position Summary

The Quality and PI Program Manager is an exciting opportunity overseeing the development and implementation of MultiCare's Quality Management Improvement program. Through partnership and collaboration, you will create annual and multi-year plans ensuring quality and patient safety are key components to the MultiCare patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • You will direct activities relating to the related Quality Program, assuring initiatives, projects, and activities are completed within established timeframes, and performs ongoing performance analysis to identify clinical outcome and other improvement opportunities
  • You will develop components of the QAPI and other regulatory requirements
  • You will conduct analysis for area
  • You will develop data and information into quality analyses
  • You will partner and seek additional expertise
  • You will develop routine reporting to assess effectiveness of PI projects and interventions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health care field
  • Master's degree in health care field preferred
  • Registered Nurse or licensure related to field of clinical expertise
  • Quality or patient safety certification, such as CPHQ or CPPS, preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function in a healthcare or related setting as applicable to specialty
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a quality, performance improvement or patient safety role Experience in data use, analysis and reporting
  • Previous experience with computerized information systems (email, MS Office including Excel, Epic, healthcare data and benchmarking systems, etc.)

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $106,517.00 - $153,275.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
