• Experience as a day-to-day Mainframe Developer working with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ, etc.
• Experience with mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning, including ways to reduce I/O, CPU Time, and MIPs
• Experience writing COBOL/Native stored procedures
