The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Two (2) - three (3) years general office experience One (1) year customer service experience Strong data entry skills- minimum 8,000 KPH in alphanumeric and minimum 7,500 KPH in 10-key Ability to go onsite daily Pay Range: $20 - $22.20/hr; depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing: Update systems of record and provide information on loan and dues accounts, Responsible for credit reporting and owner point reconciliations. Maintains quality service by monitoring standards, advising supervisor of potential problems (20% time) Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential in accordance with guidelines (10 % time) Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities (5% time) What You Need to Bring to the Table: High School diploma or GED Equivalent Two (2) - three (3) years general office experience One (1) year customer service experience Must possess time management and organizational skills Intermediate or higher PC skills, proficiency in MS World, Excel, and Outlook Strong data entry skills- minimum 8,000 KPH in alphanumeric and minimum 7,500 KPH in 10-key Good verbal and written communication skills Deadline conscious with strong drive, energy level and initiative Bonus Points!
