The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft office systems. Must have background knowledge of inventory process, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping. Must be able to go onsite daily, Monday - Friday Pay Range: $19 - $21/hr; depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing: Follow processes in place that have been established for the portion of the Customer service team. Work alongside teammates and process purchase orders from customers in other countries. Enter the purchase order from the sales order request. Read the order and prepare the shipment for current order/pallets/ shipment procedure. Manage orders and keep key personnel informed of each order's status. Data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily What You Need to Bring to the Table: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft office systems. Must have background knowledge of inventory process, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping. Customer service skills, be organized, able to multitask, be people oriented. Great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues, and multiple departments within our company. We request this person to have moderate domestic order knowledge, including Inco Terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process.
