Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Wholesale Business Manager is responsible for overseeing wholesale operations, developing strategic partnerships, and serving as a bridge between the sales, Marketing/Visual Merchandising, Logistics and Planning departments. This role involves managing internal client relationships, ensuring the alignment of Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Logistics/Planning strategies with wholesale objectives through active communication and project management. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Function as a liaison to partner with teams across Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Sales to align strategies and improve business outcomes and to create and execute campaigns targeting wholesale clients.
- Lead or support projects related to new product launches, market expansion, or process enhancements.
- Identify inefficiencies in business operations and recommend process improvements to enhance communication, productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve wholesale revenue targets.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the wholesale sales process. (Monday/Nu-Order/Brand Folder and Promoboxx, etc.)
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging sales and marketing technologies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales, market trends, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with the broader business goals.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead all aspects of the go-to-market strategy and preparation for the Atlanta Market.
- Support the wholesale team's selling initiatives during market periods (2x/year)
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Management and Marketing coordination.
- Formal Project Management experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Modern technology skills with ERPs and the Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
Special Requirements:
- Occasional weekend work as required to meet business needs.

- Exceptional Communication and People Skills: Serving as a liaison between the CCO and various stakeholders, the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Building strong relationships and ensuring clear, concise information flow are vital for organizational cohesion and effective collaboration.
- Leadership and Team Development: The candidate should exhibit strong leadership qualities, guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mentoring department heads, providing guidance, and sharing best practices contribute to organizational success and talent development.
- Financial and Strategic Planning Expertise: Experience in fiscal management and strategic planning is essential, as this Candidate may assist in budget management and aligns resources with the organization's commercial objectives. This expertise ensures that financial strategies align with and support overall business goals.
- Project Management Proficiency: Overseeing both long-term initiatives and day-to-day projects requires strong project management skills. The candidate must ensure that projects align with strategic priorities, are delivered on time, and meet the desired outcomes.
Equipment Used: Computer, printer, scanner, telephone, and photocopier. Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
- Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
- Light mental and visual attention is required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others.
Environmental Conditions:
- This position may require a combination of remote and in-office work.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service.
