Self-Help - Neighborhood Service Office Residential Service Representatives

ECU Department of Campus living is currently seeking several Neighborhood Service Office Residential Services Representatives to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities:

*Performs administrative duties at the Neighborhood Service Office desk to include but not limited to resident check-ins & outs, cancellations, loaner keys, room changes, work orders, loaner items and room inspections

*Checks mail in and out for residential students

*Answers phone calls and walk-in questions while providing excellent customer service

*Acts as a positive and professional University and Campus Living representative at all times

*Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
*Minimum 2.5 Semester - Cumulative GPA
*Must have lived on campus or community living for at least 1 semester
