TSC is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Facilities and Property Administrator. This critical role will drive the efficient management of our company's physical infrastructure, inventory control, and property assets, ensuring seamless operations that align with corporate goals and industry best practices.

Description:
The Facilities and Property Administrator is responsible for overseeing the company's facilities operations, inventory control, and property management processes. This position ensures that physical infrastructure, inventory practices, and asset lifecycles align with corporate objectives, enhance productivity, and meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. The position develops high-level policies to optimize resource utilization, manages budgets, and ensures compliance while fostering operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all company facilities and assets. This will be a remote based position with travel up to 20% as needed to support operational requirements and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Oversight: Develop and implement long-term strategies for facilities management, inventory control, and asset utilization to align with business goals.
  • Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Oversee facility maintenance, space utilization, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Establish policies for asset tracking, lifecycle management, and inventory control to support operational efficiency.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial compliance for facilities and inventory operations.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate and oversee service contracts to maintain high-quality facility and inventory management.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Technology & Process Improvement: Implement and optimize facility management and inventory tracking systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with key business units to align facility and inventory strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on facility and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and train staff to maintain best practices in facilities and asset management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, inventory control, or property management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Expertise in building operations, lease negotiations, space planning, inventory control, asset lifecycle management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building systems, and facility/inventory management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or LEED Accredited Professional (AP).
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives and lean inventory practices.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with teams, vendors, and senior leadership
