The Opportunity

As an Analyst/Associate (Money Movements), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and internal partners, delivering "best in class" service through:

  • Efficient Processing:Handle money movement requests from clients with precision, adhering to all wire processing quality and operational controls

  • Authentication:Verify outgoing wire requests with authorized account representatives via phone to ensure security and compliance

  • Monitoring:Track wire processing status and confirm the successful completion of transactions

  • Coordination:Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to accurately communicate client cash needs

  • Auditing:Conduct audits of money movement transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls

  • System Preparation:Set up internal cash management systems for seamless processing workflows between teams

  • Collaboration:Partner with various teams across the firm to resolve client requests and issues, while also supporting special projects

  • Process Improvement:Innovate and enhance team processes by refining and implementing changes to existing workflows

  • Deposit Monitoring:Provide confirmation and oversee new deposits into client accounts

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution

  • 1-4 years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, or accounting; familiarity with Operations and Client Service is a plus

  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks

  • An ambitious and ethical mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • A collaborative spirit and a strong ability to work effectively within a team

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 72,000.00 - $ 88,000.00
