EnerSys is currently seeking an experienced corporate attorney with commercial contracts experience. The position will be a hybrid position located at our global headquarters in Reading, PA. You will be a key member of our legal department and will work closely with various departments to review, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure operational compliance, and provide general legal support to the Company and the Senior Management Team. You will work closely with talented attorneys and commercial colleagues around the globe in a collegial environment. The position will report to the Deputy General Counsel. This role will work on a hybrid schedule out of the global Corporate headquarters office in Reading, PA (Monday and Friday remote, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in the office) Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Review, draft and negotiate domestic and international commercial contracts including sales, service, procurement, equipment supply & installation agreements, operations & maintenance agreements and other commercial agreements; Qualifications
