Description The Card Services Associate II - Operations handles higher risk and more complex internal member-facing Associate inquiries regarding member credit and debit card issues and system exception reporting. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties: Process, review, and manage multiple queues to support an individual caseload Research and respond to internal Associates and/or system issues and document results and findings Respond to inquiries from internal Associates regarding credit and debit card issues Train and support newer Associates on member issues/inquiries as required Proactively identify and recommend updates or improvements in Card Services processes and procedures Essential Skills: Minimum three years' experience in card services operations or financial services industry Strong written and oral communication skills over a variety of channels that include email, processing forms, face to face, corporate chat systems for overall team synergy and production Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize accordingly Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment Intermediate knowledge of relevant federal regulations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Word and Excel Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office, Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $22.00 to $24.00hourly + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
