VP / Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients in the telecom & digital infrastructure sectors, incl. buy & sellside M&A, cross-border transactions & cap mrkts processes (debt & equity offerings). Prepare materials for clients & participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
