About the Role The Technology and Development Manager, Global Trade Compliance (GTC) at Watlow will lead and optimize our global trade compliance (GTC) function. This high-impact leadership role focuses on enhancing trade compliance knowledge across our global teams, streamlining processes, and implementing system-based solutions to drive efficiency. In this role, you will manage cross-border projects, lead system integrations, and serve as the subject matter expert for trade management platforms. You will be responsible for developing and delivering global trade compliance training, ensuring policy adherence, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes. Strong project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential, as you will influence and collaborate with leaders across various functions. Your Key Responsibilities
