Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a Sr Advance Systems Engineer specializing in Integration, Test and Evaluation for the Autonomous Maritimes Platforms Business to join a highly skilled cross functional team responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation advanced autonomous systems. You will lead a team through system level verification and operational testing to satisfy requirements and deliver capability to our nation's military.

  • Strong background in the Undersea Domain and Systems engineer process, concepts, and principles
  • System / Sub-System Integration, Validation & Verification Test Planning; Experience as Test Director/Lead
  • Proficient across common Military Standards (MIL-STD) for validating and verifying system readiness for naval platforms
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 engineers through large scale system requirements derivation, test and evaluation
  • Managing engineering resources (e.g. tasks assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, scope, special test equipment, etc.

Target salary range: USD $160,000.00/Yr. - USD $177,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
