Summary Administrative Assistants assist with pre-event set up, including unpacking supply totes and organizing stations. Verify all supplies have been received and all equipment is in working order. Greet Service members at the start of an event and assist with laptops and flash drives. Complete assessments of Service member's height, weight and blood pressure. Perform monocular and binocular vision screenings. Post-event pack-up, including stowing all equipment back in supply totes and ensuring all supplies are accounted for at the event. Education/Qualifications Qualified Candidates will have 1-2 years of customer service experience with at least a High School diploma. Qualified candidates must possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, public speaking skills, task-oriented skills, high awareness to detail. Candidates will have the ability to perform while regularly under pressure and/or in stressful situations. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Must be able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change at a fast pace. *Knowledge of Military procedures and protocols, databases and acronyms is preferred. |
