Base Salary | $30,000 - $45,000

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent | 1 year of experience | Possess a property and casualty insurance and Louisiana insurance license | Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management software | Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Property and Casualty Insurance Representative Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Address inquiries regarding coverage, claims, billing, and policy changes.
• Assist clients with policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Educate customers on policy details, coverage options, and insurance requirements.
• Process documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions in the system.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Support the sales teams by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
